30-Day Comfort Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your Hugly Hugger, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. No questions asked.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us before sending anything back.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support.gethugly@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items
