Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 6-15 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Hugly is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
